I quit sugar and it helped my anxiety

As one of the many Australians (one in four) who has dealt with anxiety in their lifetime, I’m all too familiar with the frustrations that come with the condition.

I’m lucky because I’m usually able to stay on top of it with the techniques I’ve learnt over the years, but when I’m overwhelmed or unwell or particularly exhausted, old mate anxiety can be trickier to manage.
